Doesn't deserve a star. Horrible service. Bathrooms aren't allowed to people other than those working there.

This gas station is clean, well lit and modern looking…read more My favorite feature here is that the television plays for the duration of your gas fueling. It provides local weather forecasts, my favorite "Word of the Day,"and celebrity gossip (which I could live without). The post office is rather convenient, and I have used it occasionally with no complaints whatsoever. They also sell the full offerings of lottery tickets, if you're feeling lucky. Where they drop the ball most noticeably, is in the food section. All they seem to have is a few sad looking prepackaged sandwiches with dried out lettuce and a few other forgettable, vittles dying under a heat lamp. If you're looking for a nibble, don't come here expecting anything good. They have one of those little car washes. I have never used it, and I never will. According to a Yelper, they damaged his tire, and blamed him for not driving through the car wash properly. No thanks! Finally, the gas prices aren't exactly "competitive," but this station is situated on an intersection that makes it a logical and thus [rather] frequent choice.

Stay away from the car wash…read more I'm normally the 3 hour on the weekend wash the car by hand type, but today I had a need for a quick outside hose off. There are very few truly touchless car washes in the area and the only reason to use a car wash with spinning rags is if you hate your car and want to inflict as much grit damage as possible in the shortest amount of time. So, this one is touchless. Since this was my first time using an automated car wash in decades and my first time here, I made sure to ask if the car wash was in good operating condition. I was assured it was and paid my seven bucks for the simplest wash knowing all the extra chemicals above and beyond "rinse, soap, rinse" is both a waste of money and damaging to automotive surfaces. The unit sprayed cleaner all over the car, then pressure washed it off. I was instructed by the bodyless voice to slowly move forward and drive out, expecting the large blower nozzles to kick on and (mostly) dry the water off the car...but no wind, no nothing. So I drive off in a wet car, quickly noticing that almost none of the very light dirt had been removed. Skip it.

This is my local corner store where I normally fuel up and grab a case or two of Diet Coke…read more(everyone has their vices). It's a fairly new store right behind Concord Mills on the AMC Theater side and as far as gas stations go, this one is very well kept and clean. The fuel islands are all in working order and fairly fast as far as fueling goes and the trash cans nearby are emptied often. It can be somewhat of a hassle getting out of here if you're trying to turn left back towards I-485 but there is a traffic leading out of Concord Mills that makes it a bit easier. The inside of the store has a good selection of convenience food and drink items as well as your usual general merchandise necessities. For some reason, it seems like Coke/Pepsi is always on sale at these places (when you're buying 2 liters or 6/12 packs, not the convenience 20oz sized). I'm always finding them around the 25 cent per can price so it's always worth going inside to see. Attached to the gas station is a Krispy Krunchy Chicken, a Louisiana favorite that I unfortunately haven't tried yet. Oddly enough, they also serve Pizza Hut and Mooresville Ice Cream, so something for everyone I guess. The staff is very friendly, especially compared to the average gas station experience, so it's always nice to see a smiling face when I walk inside. Between this and a clean, well kept store, they keep me coming back time and time again.
