We had a long list of repairs and maintenance items that we had planned to take care of at Lakeshore and Tiffin service. Lakeshore was our first appointment, and we discovered that they were able to take care of every item on our punch list - so - no need to visit Tiffin service. We were pleasantly surprised when we discovered that there is nothing Lakeshore Custom RV cannot do - and IMO do better than the other guys. They addressed issues that other shops in Red Bay seemed baffled by last year - and not only fixed the underlying issues but patched up the aftermath of one failed fix with some skilled carpentry. Bryan at Lakeshore Custom RV has a topnotch team of experienced technicians, very reasonable rates, is very easy to work with, and provided a concrete pad with water and 50A electric for as long as we needed. I genuinely appreciate their taking time to answer all my questions, their willingness to help, their honesty, and exceptional skillset. We plan to use Lakeshore for any future work and recommend them without hesitation.
