Service staff "refused to use the front tires at all because they were too badly worn" so we were faced with buying 4 tires. Because the front tires were only 6 months old we held off on the appointment and drove back to Firestone figuring they must have a warranty for those "bad" 6 month old tires. Firestone examined them and said there was NOTHING wrong with the front tires! We only needed the 2 back tires replaced that were few years older. How many other unnecessary "repairs" do they scam people with?! We have lost all trust in dealing with Tire Pros service personnel.

In addition to providing me the majority of the repairs needed on my car for a reasonable price, Alwin's has been there for me on a customer service level and for very silly problems that I have encountered a long the way. Just this morning I had difficulty with my car and was able to call them and get assistance with what was wrong right away and I was able to make it on time to work! The atmosphere inside is very welcoming with chairs and a warm wood burning stove and Dave and all the employees have always been kind to me no matter how small my issue!
