Absolutely horrendous experience with the staff, he needs more people, or competent ones. Two times Lake Anesthisa put my life and health in jeopardy. The first time I told the…read moreanesthesiologist I needed 50 of Benadryl with Zofran as I have a documented allergy. She said no and did what she wanted. I had a SEVERE allergic reaction and asspirated and choked during the procedure. They couldn't complete my egg retrieval because of lake anesthesia's NEGLIGENCE. We lost that round that cost us thousands because they decided to do whatever they wanted. I communicated what I needed. I also have medical ptsd. Ellen Wagner their CEO came to do my next retrieval because of their incompetence and negligence. She made a plan that we would stick to. I had another retrieval today and Andrew refused to stick to the plan. I am it sure I got the correct dose of Benadryl and he gave me medicine I was not supposed to have. He chose NOT to follow the protocol we were promised would be in place every time I would be under. I woke up in pain and I woke up having a massive panic attack. Andrew did what he wanted and my mental and emotional health suffered because of it. I personally called Ellen Wagner when it happened and she said Andrew gets to make the calls. I told her she promised we would stick to the plan she created for me and she didn't care at all. This is horrific. Do not trust them. I am sorry I ever did. This company has played with my health and safety too many times. BEWARE
