I like how the teachers take the time to listen and treat each child as an individual. Yes there are rules and structure but they know there is "wiggle room" within that. When my son had problems paying attention they had multiple tools to try to help him. He still has his days (they're 4. The art show is our favorite. They decorate the school with the children's art work and all the parents, grandparents, etc. attend. This is a great self confidence builder for the children as are so many of the things they do at the school. I'm not sure exactly what their teacher ratio is but they have 2 teachers per class and only about 15 children in each. In my opinion this sets the tone for the school as they are better able to provide individual attention to each child. My only request is that they provide a kindergarten program!
