Had to blow up their customer service number to get someone to come back out to scope the clean out. Didn't hear back from them for about 5 days. Called on the 5th day, no one called back. The next morning they called at 8am to tell me someone was coming back out. The tech called 2 minutes later to say he was on the way. How is no heads up of an "onsite" acceptable? Dude didn't run a camera down the still exposed clean out or locate the tank. Told me to run a scope it would be $300 and that due to the company being bought out by some national chain I should probably use someone else.
