Our garage door gets used constantly and the spring has a lifespan that seems to pick the worst time to break. Even though the spring snapped on Sunday afternoon, we called on Sunday and Brad was here Monday first thing in the morning. We got his name from a neighbor many years ago and have recommended them to neighbors as well. When this latest spring snapped yesterday we were so glad that Brad was still around even after all these years. He also fixed a broken hinge and cable but only replaced parts that were worn or broken. Fast service and a professional job. Highly recommended. One of the eye sensors had been bumped off of the side of the garage rails causing the door to jam and not go down automatically anymore. The service man was very angry with me for not knowing to check that problem before calling him and said I should have known to check that myself. He was very rude and treated me like I was really stupid. I am not a garage door expert and I didn't know this was something to check. I really didn't appreciate this kind of treatment. Maybe next time the service call person will be more considerate of the way they treat their clients who are in a jam.

I left an email asking for a quote for service last night at 10 pm and giving the spring numbers from the broken spring. This morning at 7:30 am Sharlene had a quote to me and had a technician available to come and do the job this morning. By 11:15 this morning the two technicians had arrived and completed the job at the quoted price and my headaches were gone. Having a broken spring can be a big headache and being a few days without the garage door is a big inconvenience.
