Being treated poorly by the insurance company after the damage is bad enough but when you HIRE a company and the owner / representative for that company, John Fuentes, tells you everything you want to hear, about how he will go after the insurance company, fight for you, be your voice to get you the maximum amount for your claim, has a fiduciary duty to represent you. How he will negotiate for you on your behalf, as to see proof of his interactions with your insurance company. Hold him accountable. He is governed by FAPIA (Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters) In my opinion, he is a scam...taking advantage of desperate people in some of their most vulnerable time of need... Sad and petty, as is his work ethic and business practices...

Mr Kidwell did not seem familiar with the IRS tax laws regarding business losses. He informed me that the previous year's tax preparer had misinformed me and did not properly prepare my return. He became very defensive when I questioned his knowledge on the subject. Was quite hostile so when I objected to his behavior, he said I could "take my things and leave". Subsequent to this, I consulted with 2 CPA's recommended by business owners. As well as 2 business owners who are friends and neighbors. When presented with the same questions, I was informed that I was correct and therefore Mr Kidwell was not knowledgeable regarding this area of tax law. I believe this is what provoked such a negative experience in the first place. I would not recommend this firm.
