My customer service manager and I were in communication with Jared about how to handle some sales tax issues that had been missed. We consulted with him to ask how we would need to proceed. He told us to send him some forms to take a look at. Soon after we were sent correspondence that stated the job was done and was accompanied by an invoice for 250$ for services rendered. However I never stated I would like you to accomplish this task but was instead looking for some direction as we were a previous client of his. We never told him to accomplish this task for us nor did he state I will do it and this will be the fee. When I confronted him on this issue he didn't email back first but took back the service we were inquiring about. Therefore doubling his work and told us not to worry about the invoice and that we could do it ourselves. This was very petty and childish behavior from someone who lacked proper communication to us about the expectations. I highly suggest looking somewhere else for a CPA as Jared is not at all worried about helping clients but is instead interested in sneakily making extra money from you. read more
