I've always been completely satisfied with this place and I'm glad they survived the pandemic…read more I must confess that I've not engaged in any experimentation here and have always stuck with the Chicken 65 and the Lamb Pepper Fry Biryani Promise to try more stuff on their menu if what I've been ordering so far is anything to go by PS: When I went to pick up my food yesterday I was told (and I saw) that they are renovating their entire interior but will be back open for in house dining soon They are also going to be renaming themselves: Tikka Talk Well, so far their food has been talking very eloquently

Coming to the food, today I tried Panner Masakali & Veggie Briyani. In their menu Panner masakali was tagged as chef special & I expected to much I believe. All I tasted in that was Panner + capsicum pepper tossed with turmeric. Next on the Briyani, thou Briyani tastes good only if it's non veg one. I have tasted many veggies Briyani of Hyderabad style and never this bad. Even the Briyani tasted like a turmeric rice. on top of this I made mistake of getting mango Lassi. Which didn't have any flavor of mango , thou it had yellow color may be because of turmeric & it hardly had any sweet taste. Hardly fullfied my expectations for a restaurant claiming Hyderabad cuisine. The 2 star is also for the speed of service. Definitely this a place I may not visit anytime soon. I'd say this version has more character than others I've had. It's closer to Karahi Point's than most Indian places'. The rice was delicious, I have no qualms with it. My only thing is that I prefer a richer butter chicken. But it's a great value for money.

I really enjoyed the onion pakoras and chili chicken which I think was breast meat. The buffet had a good variety, and something for everyone to enjoy. The staff were very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the noise was just enough for us to hear everything my table mates were saying.

I can't ever recall a time when I can honestly say I've had good customer service. They take forever to acknowledge you even if it's dead, their backs will literally be turned against you or they will be on their phones behind the counter and until you say something or they finally decide to look up, good luck getting their attention. The door literally makes a sound when you walk in but they refuse to acknowledge it. I get the vibe that they don't even like their job, or just dealing with people, which at times I can understand because I work in food service as well but at least smile or say hi? I almost feel like I need to apologize for ordering food because I'm met with nothing but a scowl. Hot food also takes FOREVER to come out-- unless you're ordering thali or dessert; today I ordered just paneer paratha and tell me why it took 20 minutes. There was only one other customer but other than that it was completely dead when I ordered. Now I've only ever purchased takeout from here so I can't speak for dine in experience but the same employees who work at the counter are the same ones I see waiting tables so one can imagine how service might be in that setting. It's a shame because the restaurant is so vibrant and beautiful, and the food is BOMB but the staff just kind of ruins the vibe. I'm still going to order but I hope some attitude changes are made in the future so nobody has to experience that kind of service. Side note, their gajar ka halwa is the best I've ever had. Definitely give it a try if you stop by.

The menu is very confusing. I eventually decided on a chicken biryani bowl, and the friendly lady taking our order asked what spice level I wanted. I replied "Zero." Man oh man, I am GLAD I didn't say any higher, because my lunch lit me up! I was sweating and coughing and burning from the spice! The flavor was excellent, but it was hot hot hot. I was shocked at how gigantic the portion was, too. This was easily enough for two people to share. We immediately regretted ordering the Indian crispy spring rolls for an appetizer, as they were also HUGE (I'd say enough for 3 to 4 people, no joke). The food was good, just very spicy. It also took a while to prepare, so allow at least 20 minutes to get your entrees. This is a quick service spot, and there's no soda fountain so drinks are expensive an in sealed bottles. I would've loved a gallon of water because my mouth was so on fire! Two things I really did not like about this place: 1. The chicken is dark meat. I was expecting chicken breast, and I ended up not eating the protein. There was also way too much in my dish. 2. The atmosphere isn't great. When we were there, the music was SO LOUD that we couldn't hear the employee call our order number. Seriously, turn it down. It was painful and unpleasant. I'd dock the place another star but the nice lady did turn down the music when she realized none of the customers could hear her, lol.
