She did not return phone calls/emails to our agent in a timely manner, and did not return calls to our insurance company or the title company at all. We had to contact the sellers ourselves numerous times to keep them in the loop, as she could not get information or paperwork to them in time. The For Sale sign is still in our yard and we closed almost a month ago. She couldnt be bothered to inform the elderly sellers of the importance of the dates for closing and occupancy, which we had to do ourselves in order for them to be able to plan their own move in the middle of their health issues. Ridiculous payday for doing NOTHING to earn it.
