For me, my treatments are 98% Active Release Technique (ART) as opposed to classic chiro adjusting. It's hurts like a b$%S but the induced pain goes away quickly. I also have friend that sees Dr. Norton, and she's never felt better. What's nice about this clinic is that there are private rooms, so you don't have to be adjusted in front of everyone or have to listen to all their pain stories. (2) The ladies at the clinic are really friendly. I was away and then busy over the summer, so I haven't been into the clinic for 6 - 8 weeks; yesterday they welcomed me back, noting that they'd missed me over the summer. It was really nice to have such a warm reception. (3) Dr Norton is about health outcomes and doing what's right for me, even if that means taking an extra couple of minutes. But with the extra care and concern that I (and I can only imagine others) receive is that Dr Norton is often running a little bit behind schedule, though you'll have his full attention throughout your visit.
