The Mantis Autosport story starts in Oakville in 1978 with a passion for building VW race buggies. Mantis’ natural evolution was to then gravitate towards the Porsche platform for street, performance and race applications to fill a need in the market in the years that followed. Today, we operate out of a 10,000ft2 facility in Oakville, ON under new ownership that boasts 30+yrs of experience in the Porsche dealer environment and gold level certification. Mantis is here to provide diagnostics, warranty-approved servicing and maintenance, as well as mechanical and electrical repairs. With our state-of-the-art equipment, Mantis specializes in engine and transmission rebuilding, custom suspension solutions, complete vehicle systems and fabrication and even have in-house dyno and tuning services.
