The changing rooms at this location are clean and spacious: plenty of hooks and bench space. As an added bonus is that the mirrors are well-lit and flattering. I've always appreciated the friendliness of the staff here. They'll happily check for sizes at other locations, etc. and generally try to help.

Started by a local designer that attended Emily Carr, it's refreshing to see a Vancouverite opening a store that's not trying to be exclusive (ahem Main St/Gastown, but try to break into the mainstream market in Metrotown. Whether or not this is going to be a successful business, remains to be seen, but right now, I come out of that store wishing they had a men's line, and not just clothes for women!

When I gave the order to my friend, the first thing they noticed was that one of the string ties attached to the product was ripped off; the product was a final sale so there were no returns or exchanges... I felt guilty that I didn't check the product properly but assumed that the employee did their due diligence when getting the product since they remembered exactly which one and "there were many in stock". I even contemplated if I needed to go back right away to get a new one since I gave my friend a broken product. Luckily my friend brought the product back and the staff were able to give them a non-defective one. Just wished that the staff did their due diligence the first time regardless of how the order was placed. The product did not have many parts so they would have easily noticed the broken string if they gave it even a look over....

They are the only retailer in Vancouver to carry the Tiger brand from Sweden and the sales associates point that out. Can't say that I am keen on it. Base on what we were told, we headed promptly to the store. After 30 min of driving and finding parking, we made it to the store. To our annoyance, Rae at the store indicated to us we were misinformed and that he was unable to provide the price adjustments as agreed by this colleague. Even after showing my phone log and reiterating the conversation, he stood firm with his statement. We asked to speak to his manager, to which he indicated he was the only one there. My question is this event is for "Customer Appreciation". This experience alone does not make this customer appreciated at all. I'm was appalled your store did not honor what customer service representatives indicated resulting us wasting our time. I've since emailed them and am waiting to hear back as to whether or not they'll do the honourable thing and make this right ... Update: Since reaching out to their website and posting on Yelp, Lauren, the store's Shop Director contacted me to resolve the issue. I truly appreciate her doing that and it has regained my confidence in their store's customer service.

High quality clothing, I bought an awesome pair of black pants, some other clothing too. Awesome helpful staff. To be helpful, the deal is now, you can 'shop up front' at store, tell them what you want, buy the clothes, go home and try them on...and then get a return (without hassle) if clothes do not fit. It's a process, but thank god they are open if you really need some cothes!
