There is an xray facility as well as a lab - the lab is not open always at the same times as the Medicentre, so be sure to check in case you think you're going to need bloodwork done. There is a small pharmacy. I have had some really great doctors in the Medicentre, but it can sometimes be hit and miss. The clinic is accessible by several bus routes and the Medicentre is open on weekends.

One person was so afraid of getting their flu shot that he was jerking around wildly and had a hard time but staff helped him get his shot anyway. I liked how clean it seemed and the fact that they served so many people. This flu shot clinic was less busy than I would have liked -- because it would be nice to see more folks getting their flu immunizations -- but I'm glad I went here! It's a very transit accessible place with ample parking in the mall parking lot.

This may be standard practice here, but as a transplant from the US, I found this amazing. Since then, the staff at Woodcroft have answered many questions when I call and have undoubtedly saved us from a few ER visits. When my little guy had his immunizations today, they were extremely supportive of mom, who honestly had a harder time with the shots than the kiddo. I am glad Woodcroft is my community clinic. I appreciate all they have done and continue to do for my family.

After filling in a few forms I thought I'd be waiting a while but was taken through for a consultation straight away. Everyone I spoke to was very calming about the procedure and put my mind at ease. The doctor gave me a numbing injection first to make sure I was comfortable. It's the weirdest feeling! The changing rooms are clean and they give you a bag to keep all your belongings in while in the clinic. The waiting areas outside the procedure rooms are flip downs from the wall. Ten mins and out of there! Done.

His chairside manner is kind and he explains and discusses everything with you. It was also great to meet Melissa and Linda. We discussed my future dental plan and I know why I went back to Dr. Jay.
