While I know this can present challenges, I was impressed with how Paul and his assistant Liam handled a potential difficult situation. While they diligently represented the seller and clearly had their interests in mind each step of the way, as a customer I felt well informed as to my rights and particularly my obligations under the contract. They were alway available to point out where we might want to consider seeking outside professionals to look afrer my interests, which I did. They outlined what might typically be a concern, allowing me to feel comfortable bringing other professionals in to assist me. While in any transaction there are times you'd want something, more or different, after reflecting back on it, Gustave White balanced their obligations to their clients well, while assisting a unrepresented customer fully understand the process and ultimately this lead to a successful transaction.

Last week/weekend I was in touch with an agent by the name of Ryan Hazinakis with Keller Williams. Mind you all I did was sent an email with an interest to an open house. He reached out to me and asked if he could send me via email other listings. I agreed. A few days later he called and I missed the call. Called him right back.. I'm pretty sure he gave me about 3 min of his time and rushed off the phone. Mind you all he did was send a list of homes via email. Super quick. I said I was interested in buying two different homes. Then I told him what I was looking for in each home. Again he only forwarded me the same email with a list of homes. Then we finally decided to meet to see 3 houses. Well he changed the start time 4 different times. I told him I had already made arrangements with work because I was coming from Boston and it would take about an hour and 40 min. I was ok with the first and second time he changed the time. But the third was my breaking point. All he did was answer one call from me for about 3 min and sent emails. I send him a text and said thank you for everything but I think I'm going in a different direction. But again thank you. He replies all mad saying how hard he worked on making all of this happen for me. I'm sorry sending the exact email 3 times and one call to me and a few to the other realtors because none of the houses I liked. Was his listings. Hmmm... thank good. Well this is his reply. Although we invested a good amount of money in the house over the years, there were some projects we were unwilling to take on because we knew this wasn't going to be our forever home. When it was time to leave, they gave me trouble with my damage deposit. At the time it was 600$. They kept 400$ to steam clean the rug, under the main rug. I wasn't even there long enough to make a mess. The realtor was a total C about it. This caused me problems. Stay clear, they are money grabbers. No way that carpet was cleaned, and definitely didn't need to be.
