While I know this can present challenges, I was impressed with how Paul and his assistant Liam handled a potential difficult situation. While they diligently represented the seller and clearly had their interests in mind each step of the way, as a customer I felt well informed as to my rights and particularly my obligations under the contract. They were alway available to point out where we might want to consider seeking outside professionals to look afrer my interests, which I did. They outlined what might typically be a concern, allowing me to feel comfortable bringing other professionals in to assist me. While in any transaction there are times you'd want something, more or different, after reflecting back on it, Gustave White balanced their obligations to their clients well, while assisting a unrepresented customer fully understand the process and ultimately this lead to a successful transaction.

She cared about my needs, wants and desires in a home. She truly cares about her clients wether it be a buyer, seller or renter. This is not just another job... this is her career and she takes it very seriously. You are in very good hands with Shana. Thank you Shana for understanding me and taking the time to learn about what was important to me and what helped me feel connected emotionally to one of the biggest financial decisions of my life. Seriously, you are the best! Thank you - Dennis
