We bought very expensive pruners from this company in the hope of having them for a lifetime. After 20 minutes of light work they broke and after calling the company to enquire about the lifetime warranty I was told I'd broken them through neglect(not the case) and they would not refund or exchange them. After trying to explain that was against the law I was sworn at and threatened with physical violence if I was to try and return them at their next market stall.
