I recently attempted to make an appointment for an endoscope for my mother. I was informed he would no longer see her as she had cancelled and/or rescheduled several appointments (she was NEVER a no show). These appointments were in 2021 and 2022. I reminded the nurse(?) this was during the Covid pandemic so everyone's health was a concern. She said that's true, but it didn't matter.
