There is no reception desk and you never see an actual person. They email you codes to get in the building and into your loft. We were supposed to stay on the top floor in a loft that overlooks the Frontenac but they had trouble with that room and had to move us. Our new room was 302. The room is a three bedroom loft that sleeps seven. We are only two people so we only used one bedroom. There is a full kitchen, large family room and laundry room as well. All lofts share an outside roof deck that overlooks Quebec City and the view is incredible. Our loft was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. If there is a downside, it is the charcoal gray floors that show every bit of dirt and road salt. Also, there is no maid service unless you pay to have it cleaned (it will be clean on your arrival). Overall we were quite pleased with this very different lodging arrangement.

Our flight to Quebec got delayed and we arrived at 12:30am. I was sure there would be some hiccup with accessing our loft. But nope! It went off without a hitch and Les Lofts' directions in the email were absolutely perfect! The loft was gorgeous and we loved our unit! Full kitchen , full sized fridge, laundry, a full bath upstairs and a powder room at the bottom. Lovely view of the old Quebec street below. And the coolest part is that it's right above the Cow ice cream shop lol. Les Lofts thought of everything - down to a first aid kit under the bathroom sink. The only minor gripe was lack of paper towels and there weren't any tide pods/laundry detergent. Would've been nice but no biggie. Clean, comfortable , spacious - what more can I ask for ? And pricing wise, it's about the same as staying at a 3 star hotel in Old Quebec. Highly recommend!

Even if you're only here for the day Le 2800 is the perfect base of operations as you can grab a coffee at their café in the morning or stop for a bite to eat at their restaurant for lunch or dinner. They offer a variety of accommodation options to suite groups of different sizes, all the way up to a six bedroom house that can accommodate as many as 16 guests. We've stayed here a couple of times and the staff is very friendly and the accommodations have been perfect. Clean practical and in such a good location. Additionally at Le 2800 they are right on the river so you can enjoy some downtime on the dock after a full day of activities in the Parc. I highly recommend Le 2800 du Parc and will certainly stay here again in the future.

A mon arrivée, j'ai été agréablement accueillie puis je suis montée dans mon loft qui était LC301, j'étais absolument aux anges. Je suis entré dans un loft frais, lumineux et magnifique avec de hauts plafonds et toutes les commodités dont je pouvais avoir besoin pendant mon séjour de deux semaines. L'unité était d'une propreté éclatante, propre, propre. Vraiment magnifique. Le loft est spacieux et il y a une cuisine complète avec un grand réfrigérateur, une cuisinière et un four pleine grandeur, un lave-vaisselle et un grand évier à tablier. Il existe cinq types de verres, des verres à jus aux tasses en passant par les verres à vin et un ensemble complet de plats, ustensiles et ustensiles de cuisine. Il y a une grande table à manger avec 4 chaises pour manger ou travailler et le coin salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat et d'un confortable canapé pleine grandeur. La zone de couchage a un lit queen et 2 tables de chevet et c'était très confortable. Un avantage supplémentaire était que cette unité dispose également de deux lits superposés cachés afin qu'elle puisse accueillir quatre personnes facilement et confortablement. La salle de bain est également spacieuse avec une grande douche avec une pomme de douche à effet pluie et un pulvérisateur à main et le bonus est qu'il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse cachées dans la salle de bain. Je n'ai manqué de rien pendant mes deux semaines et j'avais l'impression d'avoir mon propre loft à Québec. Les rideaux sur les fenêtres sont des rideaux occultants afin que vous puissiez rendre la pièce complètement sombre même en plein jour et c'est si calme que vous pouvez vous reposer bien et confortablement. 90% du temps, je n'avais pas réalisé qu'il y avait quelqu'un d'autre là-bas et dans un immeuble de 11 unités, c'est impressionnant. Je ne sais pas à quoi ressemblent les autres unités, mais quand je serai de retour à Québec, j'essaierai certainement d'obtenir à nouveau cette même unité. Vraiment ma maison confortable loin de chez moi. Avantages supplémentaires : Le quartier de St.Roch regorge d'excellents restaurants et boutiques et tout n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied. Chaque endroit où je suis allé au cours de mes deux semaines n'était pas à plus de 2 km ou moins de l'endroit où j'étais, à l'exception de l'île d'Orléans et de l'aéroport Jean-Lesange qui étaient tous deux à seulement 15 minutes en voiture. Les arrêts de bus sont juste à côté des Lofts, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de voiture, mais comme j'avais loué une voiture et qu'il y a un parking bon marché à un pâté de maisons du Stationnement Jardin Jean-Paul L'Allier. C'était tellement pratique. Je n'aurais pas pu être plus heureux de mon choix d'hébergement à Québec. La perfection!

I must say the location is top notch as the other reviewers have mentioned. The room is so nicely appointed with a very comfortable king-sized bed, a pull out sectional, an armchair, and a cute little kitchenette. There was a bottle of water in a jug in the fridge for us and a Nespresso machine with 4 pods. The washroom was also well provisioned with lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. The overall feel of the loft was welcoming, modern and fresh. I would definitely book Maison Kent again the next time we are in Quebec City.

This is a primo spot right essentially "behind" the Fairmont hotel. It's centrally located and easy to get to any and all tourist attractions in town. The room was large, well cared for and had beautiful floor to ceiling windows and one of the most comfortable hotel beds ever! CONS: There is no on site parking and, when we arrived, we had lots of trouble finding a spot as the parking garage next to the lofts was full. We received little communication from the Lofts as to where to park - I ended up having to call them twice as we pulled over to the side of the road to try and figure out where to go. We ended up having to park across town and drag our luggage through the streets - however, we did get to park in the closer lot the next day. Also a challenge - there is no one really on site. We were given one roll of toilet paper for our 3 night stay. There is no cleaning service or really anyone to ask questions to. Overall, this was not really a problem but it definitely could be a potential issue for a longer stay. Overall, I would highly recommend La Maison Kent to those looking to visit QC! Just know that this is not a traditional "hotel" experience.

My favorite thing to do was to use the classic tub downstairs with a glass of wine after a fun-filled day!
