I recently looked to open an account and heard great things about this firm and specifically this location. However upon speaking to an account manager named Colin I was immediately turned off. He was very condescending and unprofessional. I was simply inquiring about the various services offered and he seemed not to care about me or my investment intentions. As a novice investor I was hoping for someone to help me out and provide some guidance but he didn't want to have anything to do with me.
