Brad cancelled the first session last minute due to losing a friend which I understood. He didnt show up for the second session either. When I messaged him he said his computer was down earlier in the week and then he forgot. I had waited around for him and was disappointed when he tied to change my 1200 appointment to 8:30 that night. I messaged that it was unprofessional not to fit me in on a better agreed upon time. He then called me and started yelling at me that life happens and i shouldn't call him unprofessional then said I was on my own to deal with my reactive dogs and he would send me refund which he did. It's remarkable that this man deals with people and the're pets. Please send any info on a good kind trainer if you know and and any shared thoughts on Brad.

I was so frustrated and now feel relaxed and in control of the situation. I learned that it is the owner - trainer that needs to change their behaviour and when you don't know what to change to it can be tricky. Diane outlined how to handle and train my dog in a manner that was successful. I had taken another ( more expensive) dog training class the year earlier and its methodogy and practice did not work.
