This is an appalling service -- do not use! I arrived at the meeting point and there was no driver. I rang and he said he was 'on his way' (?!) I rang the company and the owner was very rude to me and said that the driver wouldn't arrive until an hour after the flight landed. He said that info was on the website. I asked why this couldn't have been mentioned to me when someone rang me to confirm my booking and take my credit card details, or in the confirmation email, or confirmation text? The owner then accused *me* of being rude which I thought was outrageous. Shortly after that the driver stopped answering his phone, and when he finally did turn up advised me that we would have to wait for another flight that had just landed from the US! About that time I was about to just suck up the list $42 (?!) and take the train but the driver finally relented and we left. I do of course wonder what happened to those five people who are presumably still wandering around Sydney airport looking for the shuttle they paid for... read more

The service is shit. Don't use. I arrived at 9pm on a Friday night. I sat and waited the 30 minutes I was told I'd have to wait then I rung the driver whose name and number had been emailed to me. He told me he had finished for the day and the job had been passed to another driver whose name and number he texted me. I rung him and he told me the driver wasn't far away. I eventually had to wait two hours for a shuttle to arrive the shuttle was from a totally different company. I also had to walk to meet the shuttle between the virgin and Qantas domestic terminals. The driver disappeared without telling me where he was going. About 20 minutes later he came back with a passenger. He then got in the van and starting driving. I thought finally we are heading home. But no off we head to the international terminal to pick up more passengers. Quite frankly I think this was appalling service. I wrote to the manager telling them what I thought of the service and asking for a refund. I haven't received any reply. Not even an apology. I reiterate. DO NOT THINK OF BOOKING WiTH THIS COMPANY.
