A perfect place to go for a late afternoon pick-me-up. We were especially sleepy AND especially transfixed by the comfortable, cohesive ambiance -- and ordered 2 coffee drinks each. Our sample size having doubled, we couldn't get over how smooth and delicious the coffee was! It's evident in the taste that the establishment values quality material (coffee beans) and practices. Manifesto coffee shop is close to the central square. EXCELLENT LATTE!! Delicious surprise coffee drink called the Orange Sunrise. The chilequiles totally hit the spot and the cinnamon chocolate pasty was nice because it wasn't the usual sickly sweet local pan. Very nice clean hip interior. V welcoming and comfortable. I felt hip just for going inside. As others have said, the AC blasts, which can be most welcome if you have been walking around outside. Highly recommend! read more

Really great specialty coffee shop. We came back multiple times during our stay in Merida. All of the drinks we tried including the v60 pour over were great! One of the baristas was quite knowledgeable when describing different tasting notes of the coffee available as pour over. read more

This is a lovely coffee shop and cafe in centro Merida. I came here with my kids for breakfast twice. Pros -Coffee is prepared with care and precision and tastes delicious - Avocado toast is bomb! Not fussy, but beautifully presented with great flavor and texture in every bite -Kids loved the Nutella and strawberry waffle. I was grateful to see them eat something fresh -Great ambiance. Gorgeous stonework and tiles. Each time we came, we saw someone parked in a corner working, so I assume it's a nice place to remote-work -Very clean bathroom! Cons -AC wasn't strong. International Travelers will love this place! From the outside, you can hardly tell that it's a coffee shop. I went here based on the recommendation of the hotel where I was staying. Inside, you have a beautiful modern coffee shop and you can see the roaster on the second level! It is a little bit loud in here because of the roaster humming, but that is a small price for the delicious coffee that you'll receive. I ordered a simple cortado and it came out perfectly. They also serve a few pastries and sandwiches. And if you like their coffee you can buy the beans in the bag! I would definitely come back again! read more
