This company is lacking in communication of what to be aware of, when picking up any vehicle AND is aware of "85% of their vehicles need to be jumped to start." With this knowledge, they do not communicate ahead of time AND are unaware of which battery a car needs! Not to mention, they smell like URINE or someone has been living in a car!!! They throw the WRONG battery in your "new to you" car, sends you on your way, expecting a thank you for doing so, after being STRANDED because of THEIR lack of ETHICAL behavior and move along to the next issue mentality, leading to the car DYING in the middle of traffic!!! Still no response, since October, upon the car they put the wrong battery in and allowed my kids to leave their lot in this dangerous situation, only to find out months later, when they were driving it in main road, traffic and it completely stopped! This Is A Warning to All Future Buyers, Especially in the times of the Covid 19 Pandemic where most business is done online. Please Be Very Cautious, Skeptical, and Thorough with your research when doing business with Manheim Central Florida. This Particular Auction Location Is Defintely Lacking In Morals and Ethics Compared to other Manhiem Locations and Other Car Auctions In General. Dealing with Manheim Central Florida has been a Nightmare from start to finish. On 06/30/2020 my Dealership Purchased a Hyundai Veloster Via Simlucast. On the Original Post the Car Was Listed As is, Lacked any sort of description regarding Exterior Damage, and The Photos looked Great & Portrayed the Vehicle to Be Well Maintained and Ready to Resale. Unfortunately Manheim Central FL forgot to Mention the Numerous Damages and Cat-fished us with the photos. The Condition Report was Non Existent and Did Not State anything regarding how F*cked up the exterior of this car really was. My transporter took photos of the car as soon as she arrived at Manheim Central Florida. I looked at the photos with great disappointment and anger. The Front Bumper Was Cracked and Held Up with Tape, there was damaged to the passenger door, fender and a crack across the truck of the car, none of which was mentioned/photographed in the Original post by Manheim Central Florida. Of Course Arbitration was denied and the staff did not see an issue with how this car was portrayed, even though I find the lack of details and photos to be extremely dishonest. The best that they could do was offer to return half of by Buyer's fee which amounted to $160. YAY ME! If you are someone who likes to indulge in shady business practices, this is the place for you! I would even recommend running a Damaged Car through this auction without mentioning the details of the damage and cashing out with a big fat pay day.
