There wasn't a long line (rare!), so we decided on pancakes for lunch. They offer a huge variety of savory and sweet. The mulled beer was nice to warm up with on a cold day (out of the two options, which we tried both, I preferred the raspberry). I chose #22 pancake with mustard and chicken and pickles and the garlic sauce and it was a really delicious combination. My husband enjoyed his BBQ one with jalapeño sauce, but our friends thought the salmon one and pesto one were just ok. Came here with my husband and friend during our stay in Poland in December. I used to come here a lot in the past. Place didn't change much since then but I still like it - they give you so many different options for pancakes sweet, savory you can eat pancakes hundred different ways they offered crapes but also the American style pancakes too. Very cheap place with very good pancakes! Once you get there find a table, don't wait for the waiters to guide you there as this place is first come first served. Ordering is fast but the food delivery is slow, usually you have to wait 15 minutes for pancake. If place is crowded you might have to wait 30 minutes for the food. Hot beer with juice is a favorite of my girlfriend. read more

For the past year, every time I return to Poznań I stay in the same apartment. It's just next to this crepe place. Six months ago, I was astonished at the persistent queues outside the place. I tried eating there once, but we were too late and could only get drinks. When I returned this week, the queue was STILL there! However, one random late afternoon/early evening, there was no queue! We made our way in. We were seated at a table, given menus in English (my companions don't speak any Polish) and so it began. I had a very pleasant unpasteurised beer. We placed our food orders- the item I wanted was gone, so I went with my second choice item, which in fairness was damn close to my first choice item. I had a spinach, mozzarella and tomato filled crepe topped with bechamel sauce- it was divine. One other person had zurek (traditional sour rye soup) in a bread bowl. She claimed it was too much bread and too little soup, though very tasty. My other companion had a bolognese casserole- basically lasagna bolognese but with ribbons of crepe instead of noodles. It was described as delicious but really filling. For dessert we all shared a crepe with merengue and berries topped with advocaat sauce- omg. Just omg. I'm. Unique idea making different dishes using crêpes! I ordered the burrito crêpe which had tons of flavor with a bit of heat! The spicy tomato sauce was delicious. Service was a bit slow, but we were told before they sat us that it would be able 40 minutes until we would receive food which we agreed to. Very affordable for the amount of food you get... It's a great place to go for a lunch or dinner. It's cheap (place is popular among the students) but the food is delicious. I think that they have the best pancakes in Poznan. But it's not all pancakes. You can find there other great dishes. Like spaghetti-like cut pancakes with sauce or many others (not all made from pancakes) The whole place looks amazing, decorations are really unique and the service is always nice and helpful. On weekends it's hard to find a table there but the restaurant is big and every 3-5minutes someone leaves so you don't have to wait long. I really recommend this place :) read more
