Every visit has been a positive experience as a customer. However, the other day I was disappointed to learn that employees are not allowed to keep the tips they earn from customers. Many customers leave tips specifically to show appreciation for the staff's hard work and service, so it's unfortunate that those tips do not go directly to the employees. While I still enjoy supporting this business, I hope the tipping policy is reconsidered in the future.

I typically hit up 7brew if I'm on a road trip, and I get the Cookie Butter Latte and get it as sugar free as possible.. based on this, The Watering Hole recommended their Cinnabiscoff and to my surprise they were able to make it mostly sugar free!
