I had a monthly membership for spray tanning and every time I try to go there to use it the booths are either being worked on or not working at all. This month (april2025) I actualLu got to use their services only one time due to this issue. When I did use it, the machine then started blowing freezing cold air on me when I had wet spray all over me. It was awful. I complained to the manager and they did not care and offered no solutions, only excuses. When I complained to corporate, I received a $10 refund out of $42 I paid for the month, stating that 32.00 is their cost per spray tan. Not caring that I was unable to go due to their machines not working or that the one I did go to was botched. Just save your money and go to another company!!
