This compensatory education fund has helped him with intensive therapy and this has led to some improvement in reading and language. Now the school district and their devious lawyers are afraid I will get my lawyers at Litman Law again if they continue to keep lying and hiding records. Seems many school districts do this now, and Litman Law was experienced in dealing with this problem. No other lawyer I spoke to seemed to be as aggressive, Some other lawyers talked of being friends with school district lawyers or that they were once the lawyer who represented schools against parents. I trust Litman Law, and they have also worked on my estate plan with a special needs trust for my son. Their fees were well below some other law firms, at $350 an hour, and they accepted my charge card. I got my fees reimbursed by the school district in full, and got mileage points. Litman Law asked that I get all my son's school records first and then call them for a free 1/2 hour appointment. Once I discovered how much the school district was hiding from me about my son, I will never do this again with Litman Law. They met with me at night and could always be reached by telephone to answer questions. If you need a lawyer for a child with special needs, Litman Law is the best call you'll ever make.

Her advice did not adequately address Section 8/HUD requirements, which led to tenants' counterclaims and additional compliance hurdles and extra legal costs with the housing authority. Overall, the representation fell far short of what I expected from a real estate attorney handling landlord-tenant matters. A little over a year ago, my wife was coming home from taking our dog (Chester) to the Vet, and…read morejust one mile from home she was struck head-on by a driver under the influence. My wife sustained injuries to her chest and neck and suffered a severe concussion (which required 8 months of OT, PT, and Voice therapies); her car was totaled, and although her injuries could have been much worse, our beloved Chester sustained injuries that required us to put him down. We had him for 14 years. Having never been involved in an automobile/injury claim of this magnitude - especially since the other driver was clearly at fault - I sought out legal counsel. We were referred to Gerald Mullaney of Mullaney and Mullaney in Skippack, PA. As someone who holds personal/professional referrals in high regard, this referral just solidifies my stance. Gerald (Jerry) Mullaney brings 28 years of experience specializing in personal injury claims like ours, and this experience combined with his patience and understanding was exactly what we needed while dealing with both my wife's recovery and the legal ramifications of our claim. One thing he said more than once that stands out: "My job is to make your wife whole again".
