I will be contacting the bar, every single review possible, and reaching out to every attorney possible that handles this to handle this. I have every text, email, and have written out my perspective backed up on my I cloud. I don't want even a dollar back..... but the amount of time I lost with my daughter I will give it everything that I have to make sure you don't do this to anyone else. The amount of time I've spent with my new attorney makes it ridiculously clear how this process was supposed to have been done. You honestly should be ashamed of yourself. You're overall not only terrible in family law.... but you're an absolute terrible person. Shame on you

This compensatory education fund has helped him with intensive therapy and this has led to some improvement in reading and language. Now the school district and their devious lawyers are afraid I will get my lawyers at Litman Law again if they continue to keep lying and hiding records. Seems many school districts do this now, and Litman Law was experienced in dealing with this problem. No other lawyer I spoke to seemed to be as aggressive, Some other lawyers talked of being friends with school district lawyers or that they were once the lawyer who represented schools against parents. I trust Litman Law, and they have also worked on my estate plan with a special needs trust for my son. Their fees were well below some other law firms, at $350 an hour, and they accepted my charge card. I got my fees reimbursed by the school district in full, and got mileage points. Litman Law asked that I get all my son's school records first and then call them for a free 1/2 hour appointment. Once I discovered how much the school district was hiding from me about my son, I will never do this again with Litman Law. They met with me at night and could always be reached by telephone to answer questions. If you need a lawyer for a child with special needs, Litman Law is the best call you'll ever make.

Since late February, my husband has received No compensation, despite diligently attending all required medical appointments, physical therapy, and depositions. This protracted delay has imposed severe financial and emotional distress on our family. My primary concern is Mr. Frank's consistent lack of communication and apparent inaction. Attempts to obtain updates or clarity are routinely met with silence, and explicit requests for callbacks are never, fulfilled. This leaves us feeling entirely uninformed and unsupported during a critical period. The absence of any discernible progress in our case points to a clear lack of proactive engagement. Given the significant hardships incurred and the detrimental level of service, We feel it is out duty to caution others against retaining attorney Frank for Workers' Compensation representation. His management of our claim has been profoundly unsatisfactory and damaging to our interests. Dissatisfied client whose still waiting for their workman comp check for 5 months now.
