My diesel truck refused to start and I called Israel. The next day he sent a mechanic (Arturo, who said he has worked for Martinez Auto for 23 years) who checked it out and determined it was a weak battery. He said he would take it to his shop and check the battery and bring it back in an hour. About an hour later, Israel called and said the battery was shot and that he replaced it and gave me a very reasonable price and surprisingly little labor. About 4 MONTHS LATER and 3000$ later i finally get it back only to have the engine burning oil and eventually blew the engine block with less than 2000 miles on the rebuild and trust me it was not lead foot or anything on my side because i was scared to even floor it (that happened after i took it back to them because of burning oil and slight knoking and shavings in the oil which they said was normal) after paying another 500$ (even though they gave me a 6 month warranty) and 2 more months i got it back and now its in there for the third time for spilling oil and shavings and loud knocking.
