Service is outstanding... Stayed stranded on the side of the road in our RV while visiting the valley... Looked up diesel repair shop & found these guys.. In less than 30 minutes their road side service showed up & got my r.v. to run... Drove it back to their shop in Mission had it checked out by one of the techs & found out I had a bad sensor.. PLEASE READ ALL OF IT YOU WILL BE THANKFULL!!! Please do not make the same mistake as me or the other person that reviewed on here this is an absolutely horrible place i took my engine in to get rebuilt after a spun bearing. About 4 MONTHS LATER and 3000$ later i finally get it back only to have the engine burning oil and eventually blew the engine block with less than 2000 miles on the rebuild and trust me it was not lead foot or anything on my side because i was scared to even floor it (that happened after i took it back to them because of burning oil and slight knoking and shavings in the oil which they said was normal) after paying another 500$ (even though they gave me a 6 month warranty) and 2 more months i got it back and now its in there for the third time for spilling oil and shavings and loud knocking. Please if you want me to explain to you just call me at 9565782749 or atleast to tell me you read this it would make me very happy to know i stopped someone from spending their money there.... and trust me the times ive been there theres usually someone else complaining about the same thing read more

Poor quality work, poor customer relations and service, poor engine rebuild and installation service. I would "NOT" and never recommend Border Engine Rebuilders to anyone I know. They have the lowest quality of service to customers at the front desk counter that I have never seen before. My experience there was purely BAD service and a problematic engine that came out worse than before I took it to them. I had to hire another mechanic to repair and fix and the issues that my engine had after the rebuild service they provided. I spent 4k for their service and then after another 3k to correct all issues and problems on the engine that they had rebuilt. PLEASE, don't ever go to them, take your hard earned money to anyone else but them. I hope that everyone that reads this review, please takes this seriously because they will only waste your time and money and at the end give you a problematic engine for you to deal with on your own and headaches for you to experience. read more
