The room was clean and pleasant, if a bit spartan (for example there was no actual closet or drawers; just an open space with shelves and a bar for hanging). The hallways were fairly dark, night and day, but that seems typical of German hotels in my experience. Breakfast was very good, with all options presented: scrambled eggs and bacon, but also sliced meat and cheese and boiled eggs, as well as breakfast pastries; they place a pot of coffee on your table with a service of milk and sugar. The wifi was fast, and easy to connect to. I got a strong signal anywhere in the hotel. Recommended for a stay in Marburg, whether that's for touring around or for an event at the university.
