Was understandably concerned after a decade with the same company, but no beat has been missed. The shovel and blow the walkway, plough the driveway and assure early (as in 6am) exit is assured. Above and beyond after an initial service , they returned to clear up ice and town plow mess. Have not tried any other service , but if you need snow removal- these guys rock
