I emailed Marina to request to remove the overwhelming graphics, and to purchase regular portraits of my child's school photos. My emails went unanswered for 4 weeks. Marina ignored my email, and when she finally responded a month later, the files that I requested to purchase were no longer available. She was unable and unwilling to make any accommodations. Very unprofessional service. Stay away from Garden State Wedding Studio.

I extended patience and understanding to her, just as she had to me. Now, after years of waiting, she is claiming she no longer needs to fulfill her contractual obligations because too much time has passed. We trusted her to capture one of the most important days of our lives. Some of the loved ones from our wedding have since passed away, which makes this even more heartbreaking. This experience has been incredibly upsetting and disappointing. I would strongly caution others before booking her services.
