They then reached out to me, saying that they can no longer work with us and that they'll delete all the files I uploaded to their vault. When I asked them why, they did not respond.

So you filed my taxes INCORRECTLY and did not think this was important enough to follow up beyond one voicemail? What would you have done if I didn't show up at the office? So I make another appointment with her, same issues - no idea how to use her computer and blaming it on the system. She ended up submitting my revised taxes THREE TIMES because she kept clicking "confirm" and the IRS withdrew over $6000 from my account. When I called their office to ask, she had the audacity to tell me "if you didn't pay right away and set it to pay on tax day, we could have withdrawn it but since you insisted on paying the day we submitted you will have to wait for them to return it to you in 16 weeks" like it was MY fault that this happened. Oh and she also printed my tax forms and left them sitting in the shared office printer and never grabbed them until I reminded her on my way out. With all of my personal information just laid out.
