The President of the company has been known to yell, scream, and downright belittle people in front of their co-workers. They do not offer any vacation or sick time. At any chance of helping out his employees, he would rather see another dollar in his pocket.
His interview process is the worst I've ever seen. He sits you in a conference room and talks about himself, his properties, how much money he has, his kids, and his ex-wife. HARDLY professional. If you know what the Napoleon complex (or short man syndrome) is, then you have a very clear picture of who he is.
I could go on and on, but I figured I would warn would-be job seekers with Mancomm. I looked for reviews like this and couldn't find anything, and I hope I can prevent someone else from wasting their time with the company. GOOD LUCK & Keep job searching!!
They never post the company name on Craigslist because of the negative image! There was a running joke that over 80 people were "cycled" through in one calendar year! Shows you what kind of environment it is. read more
