I'm sure people being blindsided with forclosure is much more lucrative than actually resolving balances. Still have not recieved requested statements, just delays and more fees. Predatory and dishonest. They work in lock step with Premier Property Management to take homes. While PPM deliberately stops cashing the automatic checks, which funds are not returned until 90 days later. They dont tell you, and by the time the funds start being returned to your bank, it's "sorry, you missed 3 months, so now you're in forclosure". Whole process is a trap.. sickening.

I am a small landlord who has consistently paid condo fees through banking service since 2020. I was never notified of a change in dues. No warning, no ledger, no phone call. Just silence -- until I was suddenly hit with legal threats and fees. I reached out in May 2025 and spoke with Jade, their legal assistant, who promised to follow up with the board. I waited. Nothing. I emailed again. Still nothing. I also emailed Charles Ryan, the attorney -- and never received a single reply. Instead of communicating, they just let time pass, letting fees grow bigger and bigger, then had the nerve to charge me $300 in legal fees for their "services" -- when all they did was ignore my emails and threaten me through letters. It's obvious that Pilicy & Ryan, P.C. doesn't care about resolving anything. Their approach is cold, harsh, and designed to intimidate. They don't help -- they collect. And to be clear: this mess started because of Premier Property Management (PPM) and their terrible handling of communication, billing, and transparency. PPM and Pilicy & Ryan are two sides of the same trash service -- failing at basic professionalism while leaving homeowners to pay the price. If you're a homeowner or landlord, file a complaint with: Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection Better Business Bureau (BBB) Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Don't let these companies walk all over people.
