I never claimed to be unhappy with the outcome of my case. I am unhappy with the so called service. Not only did he fail to meet deadlines again and again, he never actually offered counsel on the laws or any of what he mentions here. I had zero knowledge that a trustee could demand some or all of a future income tax return that had yet to be filed or received. He promised to submit paperwork to the court by a date in December. Failed to do so. Later promised another date. Failed that deadline. He even said he would eat his shoe if he didn't make the last date he said he would. He failed the 3rd date promised and never ate his shoe. I am the least short tempered person but if name calling, blaming and fabricating helps him to believe his own fluff then that's on him. What he fails to mention is I was also 8 months pregnant, responsible for all medical expenses, supporting my entire household and would be out of work unpaid. I was in a very vulnerable position and he knew it. He used that to his advantage, threatened me, and charged me additional costs and fees AFTER my case was discharged. He never even hinted that there would be an extra invoice coming. He arrived a half hour late to our scheduled hearing. The trustee called his name but he was no where to be found. I should have consulted another attorney right from the start. He is not a truthful or reliable person in the least. Overall this was a hard lesson learned. I, too, have proof of all his failed deadlines along with his insulting threatening email. Do yourself a favor and secure adequate legal representation.
