I called for a taxi from the exit 5 Boston Express bus terminal in Londonderry to the Manchester Airport, which was only $17. I personally would rather give my hard earned money to a local and efficient taxi company versus a fly-by-night Uber or Lyft driver. I fly in town twice a year and I will most definitely use Londonderry Taxi/ Manchester Taxi service again.

Well, now they don't even bother to show up. Nobody came, we waited for two hours. Half-way through the wait, I tried calling and it went straight to voicemail "Please do not leave a message". I swear it's like a cycle with these drivers. Act like a dirtbag. Get fewer tips and make less money. Act like a dirtbag because of it. Company gets a bad name. Get fewer tips and make less money. I did get a refund of my parking which came out of the drivers pocket that didn't show up. I probably still wouldn't use Royal again, because of their initial response to the dilemma I was in was. Debbie said they don't pay for parking, even though their driver could have cost us a lot more had we not made our flight. But she did refund our service immediately. Debbie did care if we missed our flight at all. They need to work on their customer service

This was business related so I had a fixed price. I had an hour to arrange pick up and leave. After eight other companies were unable to help me we found odyssey. They were able to get a car to me in twenty minutes and deliver me to Logan in time for my flight and within my price range. My return flight from Logan I once again had short notice. I'm a slow learner sometimes and tried two other companies that couldn't meet my needs. As soon I called Odyssey they had me scheduled for a pick up at Logan. The cars were immaculate, clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The two drivers I had were professional and able to read my needs. All of my future work related transportation needs will be handled by Odyssey. We have a wedding to plan for with a lot of out of state guests and Odyssey transportation will be our choice for transportation.

From the very outset Max (our driver and owner of Blue Sky) alleviated our concerns, stating that we would be at Logan by 8:20. He stopped for us to get coffee and then we were on our way. The trip down to Logan was smooth and comfortable, and I learned some insights into the business through my conversation with Max. He is very professional, and truly knows his business. I could tell through our conversations that he is a very hard worker, and is truly committed to making his business succeed. We found him to be very nice, polite, and most helpful - not to mention that he was a great driver. No worries at all.
