My family and I recently went on a mini vacation to Mallorca. We were transferred here from a…read moresister property (Caribbean Bay) due to overbooking. The rooms were okay. Thank god for the working AC! The tv is a small 10in tube box type, and only ran 2 English channels, but hey we're vacationing and shouldn't have time for TV right? Still would have been nice to watch something in the evening before bed or upon waking up. You get charged to rent out a safe (€36/week -must needed) and for wifi (€8/day). The all inclusive drinks were given in plastic cups. Local alcohols were used. Food lacked variety and quality. Main bonus is the beautiful beach overlooking the hotel. It's only a short walk and You can easily grab a chair and umbrella to sit under (someone comes around to charge you rent though FYI; €5 per chair). Good for someone not looking for too many amenities in a hotel but just wants to enjoy some nice weather near the beach. A lot of reviews commented on the noise. It didn't bother us much because we expected it; people party and get loud, it's part of the experience. If you want a quieter place this hotel isn't for you. Stayed June 2014, traveled with family

I am going to try to say this as unbiased as possible.This place was noisy you can literally hear…read morethe people next door to your room talking. Moreover, if you are a party person this is the place for you you have people drinking all night makings noise from 10pm-6 am shouting and banging doors. The customer service at this hotel is awful we had to wait two days to get fresh towels and never got any new soap, body wash, or shampoo. This place does not have a hair dryer refrigerator and they will try to charge a semi unreasonable amount for one. One day when eating at the restaurant we found a bug in the napkin and complained and they did nothing about it and said it's normal. Lastly, one day we asked for a wake-up call and never recieved it and when we asked the guy he said they had a lot of problems. I could keep telling you more about the horror stories of this place!
