She anticipated my mom's needs before my mom even needed to say something. She fixed her home, cooked meals, and kept the house exceptionally clean. She was phenomenal at communicating with us for any needs that my mom might have. Renata is a tremendous asset to your company. I've been able to "fill in" to care for my Mom but I'm exhausted. Can't count on them to come through. Thank goodness my Mom is of sound mind but unfortunately in a wheelchair with limited mobility. She doesn't require lifting-she can transfer to chair and bed. But she can't prepare her meals or shower and needs this assistance.
