We had both our Auto and Home Owners Insurance with this agent for approximately two years…read more At the present time we have switched our Auto back to Allstate, which we had for 20+ years. Because we have an open Home Owners claim, we cannot switch our Home Owners back to Allstate. We will be doing this as soon as we can. Unable to give more than one star because of the issue with communication. Due to the recent rains our roof had a leak. It has been 2 months and the process of getting Our ceiling and bathroom back together is still going on. The roof was fixed only after I had To call the roofing company and then the water mitigation company. No help from State Farm, no recommendations given, days before returning my call. Days before text message Answered. Our agent has asked for photos of the water damaged areas at least three times. Really? Hopefully this nightmare will end soon.
