As a condo owner who does short-term rentals during the winter, in Eric and Alicia, I found insurance agents that truly understand my needs. Through them, I got great homeowners, auto, and earthquake insurance coverage at affordable rates. They are quick to respond to any questions and truly have my best interests at heart. They are a great group of knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly people. Not only did Dave save me money on my car insurance, which allowed me to get renter's insurance for only a few dollars a year, he was kind enough to sit with me for over an hour giving me financial planning advice. He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms, which made creating a financial plan significantly easier and doable. Not only are the people nice, the office dogs are awesome too! My dog had a great time playing with the staff and their two dogs. If nothing else, stop in and talk insurance so you get a free reusable grocery bag before you go to Vons. ;) Thanks guys!!

I tend to just pay the bill and hope I'll never need to find out if I have everything I need, but I am confident that Samantha has covered every detail, even those I hadn't thought about, and will make sure I'm treated well should I need to make a claim. I dread making big financial decisions, but I am very satisfied with Samantha's attention to my concerns and the smoothness of transitioning to State Farm!
