Great communication, engagement and attention to detail with a patient…read more I have heard about this model starting to appear across the country for doctors and had some apprehension to the idea. However, after the experience first hand, I believe this is an outstanding approach and much different from the model where they task doctors to see hundreds of patients and charge as much as possible. This membership model is affordable, but more so my new Primary Care Doctor at Family Tree Primary Care took time to go over all my concerns as well as what she wanted to go over too in great detail. I did not feel rushed and I did not feel like another number. Everything was clearly explained and the discounts for a wide variety of services ranging from bloodwork to scanning, medications to other tests are outstanding. I believe this model of patient engagement, connection and authentic concern for health and wellness is a great alternative to the popular and less effective primary care model that is out there. To me, this is the future of patient care, where a patient is cared for as the individual person.

She came highly recommended by a retired nurse whom I trust implicitly, and her opinion of Dr. Ogin was correct. . Dr. Ogin is very thorough, very caring, and very open to patients who try to be proactive partners in their own healthcare. She is a good listener, answers all questions thoroughly and honestly, and I could not be more pleased with the level of care she provides. She is also very well informed on all general medical issues, more so, even, than some "specialists" that my mother has seen in a hospital setting. I feel very privileged to have Dr. Ogin as my physician. She is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, extremely personable and caring, never makes you feel rushed, and I am so blessed to have a primary care physician whom I can trust with my care. I would highly recommend Dr. Ogin to anyone who is seeking a competent, approachable, and concerned family practitioner.

Nancy at the front desk is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. Dr. Coupland really takes her time with each patient - she's thorough, listens and discusses everything, and never rushes. It's great because you feel important, not just another "ticket at the deli counter," but it makes the wait longer than you want, especially when you're sick and don't feel well. Gretchen and Pam are both Nurse Practitioners and whom I normally see. I see Gretchen more than Pam, but I honestly love them both! They are younger, energetic, personable, and treat you like a person, not just a patient. If you are looking for a new general practitioner and are in the area, I'd HIGHLY recommend this office! I've converted my whole family and several of my friends and they are thrilled with them too!

Dr. Rosen is the primary care doctor of both of my elderly parents. I particularly like the fact…read morethat his office is on a computerized system and whatever information he takes down during an appointment is entered into the system and can be easily referred to if need be. Dr. Rosen is very caring, very good about returning phone calls if there is an emergency or a question, even if it is after hours and he is paged. When my mother recently had a problem with spiking BP, Dr. Rosen actually called Mother back from a Magic game. He has never failed to be cordial, concerned, and compassionate. All messages are promptly and courteously relayed. The receptionist is often the first line of communication, and if he/she is not reliable, no matter how good the doctor is, it complicates things for the patient and can often result in unnecessary frustration for both patient and physician. Both Mari and Stephanie are GREAT. The only downside is that Dr. Rosen relies on hospitalists if one of his patients is hospitalized. However, that has no reflection on Dr. Rosen's abilites as an excellent, very compassionate doctor, but the use of hospitalists to care for patients is not, in my opinion, to the patient's advantage. I wish that Dr. Rosen had hospital privileges so that if my parents were ever hospitalized, he would be able to be the one to directly oversee their care. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen.
