I'm not from the area, and knew I'd need a lot of assistance and education to convert to and maintain the landscape of my dreams. To say I'm pleased and blown away by the quality of work they completed would be a drastic understatement. Our result is far beyond what we hoped for & imagined and came in on budget (although when they see it people think we spent far more!) Even before the project was complete, neighbors were stopping by to get a closer look and comment on how nice it looks. Now that we're finished, several of my neighbors have already inquired with Arborscape to initiate their own landscape redesigns with them. On top of the high quality and tremendous value, the team of staff are genuinely great people, and now that our project is over we actually miss having them around. There are a lot of options for landscaping in the area, but Arborscape gets the job done, and brings quality and experience that won't let you down. - Very competitive pricing, significantly better value than all other quotes received - Team incredibly experienced, punctual, and friendly - Lonnie is truly an expert in drought-tolerant landscaping and California-native plants - In addition to being a technical expert, Lonnie is a true artist in his design innovation and implementation, and constructs plans that are not only functional, but unique and delightful to look at - Team allowed me to be as involved as I wanted/was able, frequently involving me in design decisions, explaining concepts behind their techniques, and even educating my young son about how plants grow, how irrigation works, etc. - Familiar with SoCal WaterSmart program & requirements, able to ensure our project stayed in compliance and exceeded the requirements

We were adding a second bathroom and laundry room onto our house and the addition was going to get quite close to the beautiful 80 year-old ash tree in our back yard. We wanted to do everything to protect the tree because is it the center piece and major source of shade in the yard (not to mention the birds and pollinators love it). Kevin came out to our house and told us how to safely cut any roots encountered when the foundation was dug. He then got on the phone with both our contractor and the foreman of the foundation crew and explained how to do it. Via text, he examined multiple photos of large roots we encountered and coached us through the process. The tree is doing well so far and this is no doubt due to Kevin's excellent advice and willingness to respond with good explanations to all of our questions and concerns. Thanks, Kevin.

In our discussions I brought up ideas I had always wanted to implement to provide privacy and fix several issues in our backyard. Vince provided great advice and estimates for all my different ideas. In the end when the final design was decided, Vince provided a very good price for the work required. He estimated the entire process would take about a week and a half to two weeks, and he hit his target end date. His team showed up every work day and were professional and friendly. Trim Less Tree service planted 12 ficus trees, which should grow into a beautiful hedge. Two podocarps trees. New Bermuda grass and watering system, poured new concrete for my driveway and a beautiful paver edging around the two trees. I would highly recommend this company and have done so to two of my friends. I look forward to working with them again on future projects( I still need a paver walkway in front of the ficus hedge. He came over the very next day to look at the lawn and understand the scope of the project. We had our lawn rebate application approved by WaterSmart and had very specific requirements to qualify for the rebate. He took good notes and came back with a competitive quote that met all the requirements for the program. He laid out timelines, scope, requirements very clearly and delivered exactly how he said he would. When he needed input from us he would ask us (like which stone color we preferred, which mulch color etc). They handled the entire project from start to finish -- removing all the old turf, hauling away debris, and grading the soil to prepare the area for planting. They installed a drought-tolerant landscape that included new irrigation, mulch, and a variety of California-friendly plants, plus one ornamental tree to meet rebate requirements. The crew also helped with final cleanup and made sure everything was ready for the SoCal WaterSmart rebate inspection. If we have future projects, he would be my first call.
