They were loaded with ingredients, almost too much. Even if you follow the taco eating instructions on the menu, you will still inevitably end up eating a third to half the filling with a fork and knife. But, perhaps this is a good thing. Tacos, just like all food required a rather delicate balance of ingredients. Too little filling, and you now have too much tortilla. Also, it made the price seem better if you got a loaded taco as opposed to one with barely anything inside. Ingredients were all of high quality, sliced and added almost in front of you (well, in an open kitchen with a wood stove) Guac was awesome too!
