His heel looked like a ping pong ball was embedded. Surgery was imminent and it involved cutting his Achilles tendon to get to the spur. He was told he would have to lay face down for six weeks and healing was six months. As a last-ditch effort, we visited and they faced us with a nearly $4k bill for inserts. We declined and they gave us an alternate package of $1300ish. It still seemed steep, but we are almost at 2 years and he avoided surgery and is walking tall to this day. However, upon my first encounter with Dr. Saldino, he recognized my condition immediately and repaired my issue within months. For the first time in 15 years, I was able to walk without hurting. I went to go take my husband to look for new work shoes while we were on vacation. There were 3-4 employees there on a Monday afternoon and everyone was super friendly. My husband got his feet scanned to see which shoes and sizes would be best suited for him. It was a pretty cool machine that showed your arch, width and also measured your feet. The 2 ladies ended up helping both my husband and son find shoes that fit them perfectly! The prices were about the same as anywhere else for Hoka and they had the colors that my son wanted (in Houston Texas no one had them in stock). They had us sign up for a reward program that was free so that we could use those towards future purchases. When they found out we were from out of town they both gave us helpful tips on where to go and how to get there. I would definitely recommend trying this place out if you need work shoes or tennis shoes. Service is amazingly friendly, helpful and genuine! Give these folks a raise! Not many people these days are kind,come to work with a smile and go above and beyond!
