We waited over an hour in Atlanta for the jet way driver and nearly missed our flight to Europe. The last legs were code shared with Air France. Our bags were a day late. We left our hotel info with the baggage service. The baggage service seemed indifferent to our problem. The bags were not delivered to our hotels. We called Delta and they told us it was Air France's problem not their. We call Air France and they asked for a claim number that as never given to us and the bags would be sent to the states. Neither Delta or Air France would assist us. I will never fly either again

A supervisor stepped out and told me to follow her so she could help. She lead me to a ticket counter and tried to sell me an 11,000kr one way ticket to get to my destination. She explained that since her staff labeled me a "no show" my inbound/outbound flights have been cancelled with no refund of any sorts of my initial 7000kr tickets. Do not fly with this dishonest company.

Travellink (parent company is E-Dreams) is an enormous scam. Under no circumstances should anyone use this service...EVER! The short story is that our trip from Stockholm, Sweden, to NYC in April of 2020 had to be canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We were disappointed, but we understood the situation. Travellink refunded us our airline fees fairly quickly, and we expected the same of our hotel costs since we had received correspondence from them basically saying that was going to happen. Instead, we received a travel voucher that was supposed to be valid for up to two years and that we could redeem and use and not have any additional travel costs when the COVID-19 situation was brought under control. Not exactly what we wanted, but ok. All of this information came very quickly, and we thought everything was good to go. Until... Travellink sends another email 2 to 3 months ago advising me to use my travel voucher soon as it was due to expire on 17 June 2021. Well, short of the two-year extension we had been told that we had. So we called. Travellink goes to great lengths to dissuade unhappy customers from contacting them. The wait times to speak to a representative are upwards of 30+ minutes in most cases. Once you FINALLY get a customer service representative on the line, they immediately start by telling you how they understand that you are upset and they are going to do all they can within their power to resolve your situation. IF they are unable to help, they will escalate the issue to a superior, and you will hear from them "soon!" "Soon" never comes. Back to my travel voucher. I have this voucher that I must use before 17 June 2021 because it's obvious I won't get a refund or voucher extension. To use the voucher, you have to download their application. Click on the wallet icon in the app, and there's my voucher. Click on that and get redirected to the booking window...so far, so good. Go through the entire process of filling in all of the pertinent information (departure/arrival dates and locations, hotel accommodations, etc.). Get to the very very end and... "Oops! Something went wrong, and your search was interrupted!" You then have options to start all over or reload the same search criteria. I did both...several times and got the same "oops" message every single time. And the icing on the cake is that my customer service representative quite literally hung up on me in the middle of a sentence while I was attempting to have him book the travel for me while I had him on the phone. In other words, the app is designed to encounter a problem every time you get to the end of the booking process, and there is no actual customer service. I absolutely DO NOT recommend that anyone use this service at any time for any reason...ever. We are in the process of reporting the entire experience to ECC Sweden (European Consumer Centres Sweden). The ECC is a consumer advocates group that helps people who have been ripped off by unscrupulous businesses...like Travellink. Again...DO NOT use Travellink, especially, and it is recommended that when booking travel and accommodations, book directly with the airlines and hotels. It may cost a bit more but getting real customer service when problems occur is so much easier.

This was a nice little airport in Sweden. It's pretty small…read morecompared to the other airports I've been to, but it was pretty nice. My only issue was it being difficult to get onto the Wi-Fi. They have a machine in the terminal that you scan your boarding pass with, and you can access the Wi-Fi for short amount of time. It was difficult to use and navigate, which was frustrating . What I walked into is an airport pretty behind on the times. Remember, I flew into this airport so my experience was primarily what I saw at the gate, customs, and baggage claim. This airport is no frills. From departing out of my plan the incoming terminal was pretty bland. Kind of sterile looking and blah. Customs was a super interesting experience. This was one of the longest customs lines I've ever been in. For non EU members our line took about an hour to get through. More wild was the hour was to assess about 50 people? Two lines, 25 people in each. They take their job very seriously which is a good thing but dang, the line was so slow and I would never have thought an hour. Hell my plane ride from Dublin to Stockholm was 2 hours, half of that flight I was spent in customs. Interesting to say the least. At least they are thorough. Last little quirks are near baggage claim are that the bathrooms are single stalls. The states could never. Three single stalls near one another? I think in LAX just one women's bathroom has 15 stalls. Wild. People don't need to go to the bathroom then I guess at this airport. Maybe that's why so many people used the plane bathroom?? lol. I thought it was weird for a short flight lots of people using the bathroom but maybe they knew what they were walking into. Baggage claim was old school. Lots of suitcases pilled up and some would even slide off of the belt as it doesn't have a protective arch to keep the bags in. Wild. Thankfully got my bags in a jiffy and was out of there. The one plus I'll give this spot is when you get outside they have a tremendous amount of taxis lined up. Literally rows upon rows waiting to whisk you away.That was very nice and convenient.
