It would take up to 9 messages to hear back at which time, I was told she doesn't take 10 min appointments. The assistants who support with calls and questions are the opposite of support - nasty attitude, rude, condescending. The friend who referred me had the same problems and experience - obviously after referring me. I'm going to try another doctor who has already proven to be responsive in a more meaningful way. I had the fortune to meet with Dr. Yee about a year before I really needed her help. I didn't know at the time that I had breast cancer. During the hardest time in my life she helped a lot as a friend with information and resources, which pointed me in the right direction for treatments. Later, when I became her patient, I'm even more impressed with her depth of knowledge, open mindedness and efficacy. Only after our second meeting, thanks to her recommendations I finally started sleeping better. I feel that she is thoroughly investigating my case with tests and I'm confident that my health is in capable hands, and her treatment plan will work. Thank you Dr. Yee!

I started seeing Irina at a time when I was finally ready to work through some of the emotional baggage I'd been carrying from a very difficult experience in my life a few years prior. Straight away I sensed that Irina's work would be deeply supportive of this process. In our first session, she shared that my mantra should be "release, relax, let go." Simple in principle; not always easy in practice! But I can say that after five reflexology sessions I am SO much lighter and more confident than I was when I started. You could actually see the internal changes taking place week on week-- they showed up dramatically in my face and the way i carried myself. I feel so incredibly grateful to Irina for this. This agency has coordinated the care for my Mother for a few years now. I am dissappointed with…read morehow they manage my Mothers care. The communucation with the patient and family regarding any changes are not the best. The rotation and quality of many of the aides are not stable. When you find an aide that's good you lose her because of how they are treated by the company or they take her away even at the request of the patinent. We just lost an aide who was the best and my Mother loves because she was taken off the case even thought we wanted her to stay and she wanted to stay...... horrible and not the best for the patient. Rencently an aide was sent who spoke zero english. It was the worst ever and not a safe situation for my Mother. Bottom line I would not reccommend for service for the care of loved ones with this place. It's way too stressful

I working for this company a little over a year ago. I never had a issue with my timesheets and or…read morepayments. But for the past month and half I have been having a lot of issues. I call they do not answer or they answer and have a attitude. At times I call and they put me on hold and hang up and I have to keep calling. My coordinator Martha is no longer with the company she was really great and so was Lilly who is also no longer with the company. Right now my coordinator has yet to reach out to me and when I call to speak to her she is never in. According to them my coordinator is Charlene who has never reached out to me since my coordinator left. Not mention they are paying 1 vacation day every month so when you do want to take a vacation you can't because you won't get paid. But none of that was expressed in writing of any changes. They are a very irresponsible company and I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. And I am not the only one who has issues with them.
