The size of the store can be mixed, in a way it is good as it is slightly smaller than the other branches but still has a good range, and is slightly less busy too, which is a good thing as it means for me, a nicer shopping experience.
There is a restaurant on the top floor, known as Floor 5 meanwhile there are two floors after the 0 Floor / Ground called SS and S, the bottom floor "S" has customer services, in this store you can find a lot of things from fashion for men, women and children to a small Dietics supermarket and cosmetics, bags, jewelry, gifts and furniture, the later all being on the -1 / SS floor.
The staff around the mall didn't seem too welcoming or friendly or even active in engaging with the customers which is the shame.
For me however, this store even with the store guide at the front in english as well as spanish, was just too difficult to navigate and that was a real shame, and although the size of this store is impressive, it is pretty much an average department store in terms of range, and is perhaps too big, which is shocking knowing this is only Barcelona's second largest branch of the chain.
