I scheduled my appointment on September 12. Found out the next day I had to go out of town for work for several weeks, not knowing when I could reschedule. I called Monday September 16th and left a message explaining I needed to cancel. Followed up September 19, day before the appointment to confirm it was cancelled and it was not. They will not reimburse me and I only have until October 12 to use the sessions, which will not work for me. So I asked for a credit for a single tanning session and was told their system does not work that way. Which I know is not true. Bad business. Ester just sold the business, good luck to the new owner.
